“First the Wyndham is very nice, great location, wonderful staff. But the listing was misleading. It said Parking was included. In fact, Rental Resort Pros acknowledged that’s what the listing said. Then they gave a run around saying no. Anyhow. $80.00 additional to park.”

“Family came for my daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. This place was spacious and beds were comfortable. The only two things not up to par was the air conditioning vent in the living room was gross, we had to wash black stuff off several times. And The refrigerator/ice maker was extremely loud. Area was nice. Communication is was not good, hard to tell where to contact. I messaged several times with no response. I called and then was told to call another number. Better communication would……

“Renting was great. Love having more space than the usual hotel room. Did not like that we were charged the extra nights parking when we checked out a day early.”

Had to purchase air freshener. ***This reservation was a nightmare. 72 hours prior to my departure received email and text that VRBO could not get ahold of property owner. VRBO said room was not available on first night. Spent Hours (yes, HOURS) on the phone trying to resolve this. Finally had someone help find a place for the first night at another location and ensured me the rest of the reservation would be fine. Upon arrival to the property for additional……
