"Was able to check in 6 hours early for a low fee. Staff at desk, cafe, lounge, and shop all very nice and helpful. Shuttle was great—multiple times a hour—and quick. Close to open-air mall area with food via nice walk along river. "

"Staff were friendly, convenient location and good amenities like the pool and cafe in lobby. However this hotel is incredibly run down and in need of maintenance and renovation. The guestroom hallways and elevators look like they are falling apart. My balcony door was broken and wouldn't open smoothly or lock properly. There was a musty smell in the room."
