“The ice machine didn’t work on my floor, our windows were cracked we when came into the room, there was a towel on the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it was not cleaned before I arrived and the elevator wouldn’t work twice. For the about I spent on a suite and the pictures and look from inside the lobby which is beautiful I expected a lot more. ”

“It was not the worst experience, but it was not the best. We had to change rooms because there was a hole in the shower where the faucet was suppose to be. Not sure if maintenance forgot to alert the front desk so the room would not be rented. They did not have anymore double bed rooms, so had to settle for a king size bed for myself and my daughter. They handeled it very professionally. I just think maintenance dropped the ball. ”

“The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.”

“My daughter and I stayed at the Junto for a girl's trip, and it was amazing! The restaurants were amazing, parking was easy, and it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Our room was clean and comfortable, we appreciated the view and the tea. We will happily stay again!”

“Whether we’re checking in late at night, or in the afternoon, we are always greater as if we are the most important people staying there. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty of pillows (too many sometimes). The towels are not scratchy and stuff, and there are enough. When the whole family stays, we ask for more towels and they are delivered in no time! We don’t stay anywhere else when we come to Columbus.”

“Nice hotel, nice location. Lifts were a little strange and not working to full capacity. A little expensive for the state of the hotel but you are paying for the location. ”

“Everything is good and well organized. But I personally prefer self parking than valet parking.”

“Very large, fancy and tidy room. Poor elevator and a lot of people hang out in the lobby without wearing face mask.”
