「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「I would stay here again! The rooms are as small as advertised - but the WAY that they utilize the space is truly thought-out. Every space has a purpose and we really loved that we had to be mindful of the space given. The embed was comfy, the room amenities are fantastic, the rainfall showerhead is so nice and the towel warmer is honestly the nicest touch! We'll be back for sure!」

「Bath room was not so clean, especially the walls around the tub; all the towers were so uncomfortable; But the most unacceptable thing is my room was on the 23rd floor, include "city view" which was more expensive than regular room, but there was a door connected my neighbors's room, which means if I open the door in my room, my neighbor opens his door, two rooms are been connected.
