“Easy and friendly check in ”

“Our stay at the Hyatt was great. One little issue in valet parking, but the guy working it was on top of the long line and tried his best to get everyone checked in. The rooms are beautifully updated and comfortable. The service in the bar/restaurant was good, as well as the food. Getting a Lyft was easy. We didn't take advantage of what was around the area, as we were only there for less than 24 hours. However, if I need to return to Sacramento, I would stay here again.”

“There is a strong smell of wall paint in the room. There is a guest's hair and plastic label left on the dressing table, and there is a little bit of paper on the carpet. This indicates that the cleaning work in this hotel is not good. Moreover, walking from the lobby to the room is really far, and it is not suitable for use as a hotel.”

“The room was uber clean and comfortable. Very quiet too with a great blackout curtain. Slept really well. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Bartender exceptional and the bar food delightful. The server who brought us our food was really nice.”
