“A beautiful bedroom.Clean and with quality linen. We ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty. We had a last minute transport problem .A kind lady on reception assisted us and translated with the driver.She found a solution to the problem.She saved the day! ”

“the property is exactly like i found on the website while booking. Food was excellent and staff was very supportive. the location is good and very quiet. the only concern is the approach road to the property where every vehicle can not reach. the property must initiate pick up and drop facility from the nearest motorable road.”

“The rooms were very well furnished though the cleanliness could have been better. The staff were were eager to help and service was very good. The landscaping is very good and upkeep is also good. The food was average and a lot of stuff on the menu was not available. The breakfast menu availability was only limited to eggs and parathas. ”

“The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time.”

“I stayed with my family at the executive suite. The staff were all very helpful and always willing and eager to help. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). The beds were comfortable and the room AC excellent at controlling room……

“It was a pleasant stay at Radisson except for the fact that there is no heating facility even in a suite. We were given a room heater and electric blanket which is still not adequate for Kufri winters. But overall the hotel is clean and quiet with slightly expensive dining menu.”

“Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them……

“We had a short vacation at the resort and the place is really awesome with lush green hills @ 360 degrees of the location. The approach to the location is little harsh and I recommend all to talk to hotel staff for the directions before your trip or a small Hint ( Use Nahan Road to reach the location). Hospitality was really good and a thanks note to Tamanna for making our travel convenient during the stay. ”

“Hopeless and disgusting experience. Staff is unfriendly and lousy. Checkin time is 2 PM which is quite late considering that checkout time is 12 pm. The rooms were not ready till 2.45 pm. Highly unprofessional and non-responsive staff least bothered about guests. Location is not easy to reach with bad approach road of 2 kms and there is no support from rude staff. Site gives almost zero scenic views unlike claimed in the photographs..Just concrete structures on different floors. DONOT be……

“Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available. ”
