「The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and looks new. However, its climate control is centrally controlled and had only heat at the time of our stay, it was very warm at 28C. The maintenance staff helped us to properly turn off the heat and advised us to open the window to cool the room down. Also the wifi was really bad and connected with very slow speed or no connection.」

「Clean room in a property that shows deferred maintenance. Hallway carpet in desperate need of shampoo. Three elevators aren’t programmed together so I had to stop on multiple floors with no one there. They made me fetch towels and water bottles from the lobby counter each day. I saw house keeping staff who can bring them to me so I am puzzled if they are trying to insult me or what. If they did, they succeeded. I am not coming back.」

「This was an overall pleasant experience. We enjoyed our 4-nights stay. The only problem would be that the drainage in the bathroom is located underneath the sink instead of in the actual shower. As a result, the bathroom was always very wet and slippery after each shower.」
