“Big room. Clean and very mordern. Friendly staff. Very comfy bed with excellent bedding. Restaurant menu is resonably priced and with good quality. Beats some of the 5 stars hotels I have stayed. Location is good for us because we arrive and leave by train. Hotel is just next to the train station. One thing not so good is the lighting of the hotel in general, too dim and not adequately lit. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but it was very crowded, especially with children. We tried to have a nice,formal dinner one evening, but children just started to scream and yell and play hide and go seek around us. The mother and father nearby seemed unbothered. We enjoyed the privacy of our room, and the fact that there was a balcony off from the room, which allowed us to have hot tea and enjoy the scenery.”

“I have traveled around the world quite and this was one of the best hotel experiences. The place is very centrally located to most restaurants and things you want to visit in Poiana Brașov, the hotel is maintained to the highest standards and the one thing that stood out the most was the hotel staff. Super friendly and courteous and always with a smile on which is one of the things that is missing in lots of places in Romania. Very deserved 5 stars and highly recommended. ”

“Due to flight delay, I arrived the pension late on 12:30am. Originally, I told them I will arrive 11pm but he waited for me before going to sleep. He 's so warmly hearted. The room is nice, well equipped and extremely silent.”

“Every thing was great the only issue I had was that you have to take 8 or 9 steps to reach the front desk after check in they do have an elevator.”

“I was visiting for my partners father 80th birthday celebration. It was my first visit to the area and the Hotel. The hotel can only be described as a Gem! It was outstanding, beautifully clean, the staff were amazing and the manager always asking if everything was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite. Greeting me at breakfast with a smile and good morning. We held a family diner for 10 and the food was fine dining standards . The chef even came out to speak to us and ask if everything……

“Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und sehr luxuriös. Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Auch die Zimmerausstattung war Top und alles war sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist sehr einladend, nur sind etwas wenige Liegen vorhanden. Das Essen am Pool war in Ordnung, aber das Frühstück war wirklich grandios. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber so lecker und vielseitig waren es schon lange nicht mehr - Weltklasse! ”

“The room was bad, old furnishings, broken wall mounted accessories in the bathroom. Hair drier stoped working after 30 seconds - guess it was only a sample. No wall sockets on any side of the bed, no light switches that you can turn on or of from the bed… Water pressure in the shower was good, temperature just acceptable. Breakfast is good and the staff was ok there. Reception staff is unpleasant and unprepared. Will only visit again if I have no other choice.”
