Siping 4 Stars Hotels

"The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points. But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. "Wanjia Hupan (Waterfront) hotel is a smaller eatablisment near the South Lake in Changchun. Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet in the room hadn't been hoovered. The bathroom floor still had former guests hair on it. I called housekeeping (using Chinese) to let them know about my dissatisfaction. They came with a small brush, intended to swipe up the dirt on the floor and on the carpet. I told them they need to use a vacuum cleaner. Eventually they brought one, a vacuum cleaner I only saw once...
