“Brand new hotel. Clean rooms”

“The hotel was super nice!!! The mattress just was not super comfortable to me. It could be me just not use to it. The hotel and staff were awesome!! ”

“We felt the valet staff wasn’t up to par with other hotels I stay with. They never helped open or close doors or assist with loading luggage. They just hand me the keys and walk away. Also the housekeeping could not speak English. We asked for regular coffee but she left us with decaf only. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms perfect otherwise. Great location as well.”

“We actually switched to the Hyatt because we didn’t like being in East Nashville. Was good for one night but we were staying three and wanted to be in the mix. 5-8 min walk to shopping,Broadway, restaurants and tourist attractions (National museum of African American music is a can’t miss in Nashville - incredible). Staff was great, beautiful hotel, great pool, great gym, kids loved it - especially the escalator. Lol. Complimentary cookies in lobby that they grabbed multiple times. We ate in……

The valet and security personnel on the first floor very friendly. The bar staff were also friendly. Would love to try the golf simulation area next time. ”
