"Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait')."

"Staff were lovely, very helpful. Room was a family room and had 2 double beds in it, only problem not much room to move around. Pool was lovely welcome rest from the heat. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed, 2 kind of pillows, dark and quiet. Service was excellent, from the beginning on reception to swimming pool staff. Because of the membership , they allowed to stay longer in our room and then moved to the swimming pool with shower and sauna. Really recommend!"
