“Overall, this hotel is very old, thus the challenges in getting hot water. Took 15 minutes each time you turned on the faucet in the sink and the tub/shower to get hot water. Huge water waster. Otherwise, the property was exceptional.”

“There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they……
