“The first room we were given was not cleaned with any TLC. Immediately, after opening the shower curtain, I noticed several strands of hair on the shower wall. I could tell the bath had not been thoroughly cleaned, hence the strands of hair all over the wall. I had to rinse it myself. Even with that, the hair washed down easily. That tells me, the bathroom was not cleaned well. The toilet paper looked as though someone had recently used the toilet. The least the staff could have done was changed……
