「Clean and tidy rooms, free shuttle to the airport, buffet breakfast with wide varieties of food. Im a big fan of onsen and public bath. There is a paid public bath (550 yen) at the basement which is rare in airport hotels, but the last entry is 2130.」

「Would be great if children amenity can be provided, such as toothbrush and in-room slippers.」

「Good!」

「The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a thorough job every day, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their warm attitude made the experience feel welcoming.」

「Everything was great」

「Full house was great for the family. Everything was clean, everything we needed for a week-long stay was available.」

「Will stay again. Amazing location. Fantastic amenities. Fully supportive of a family with children.」

「Incredible communication with owner/property manager. 」

We loved being away from the heavy tourist areas to stay and being around more locals here. Everyone around here was very nice. Everything we needed was here. 2 toilets and enough room for everyone to get ready for the day comfortably. We talked about it as we were leaving and said next time in Tokyo we would...
