“From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was amazing; welcoming and so knowledgeable! The decor is sumptuous; not only the lobby, but the room (not one of the rail car rooms) felt like an indulgence. For some reason the atmosphere brought to mind “The Queen’s Gambit;” so cooooool; retro, but perfectly modern. I appreciated the in-room eco-friendly waters, and the cute postcard. We will stay here every time we visit Chattanooga in future.”

“The staff here is amazing and beyond helpful. When the A/C was making a loud noise, they graciously moved us to another room. I love having a Starbucks inside the hotel. Convenient location for highway access.”

“The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating.”
