「Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. 「Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...

I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! 」
