「Exclude the fact that all amenities were closed for renovations(which we weren’t aware of until after we arrived at hotel, the entire hotel (except the room) was covered in a layer of dust. Once it’s completed it will probably be a decent hotel but until renovations are done (today is 6/6/26) I would advise against booking here.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel in downtown Montclair. the location was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel restaurant was convenient, and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there. The food was fresh, well prepared and good quality. The parking was very expensive. We were able to find some street parkings.」

「The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. It was already almost 11pm, and our kids were tired and still hadn’t showered, so we asked to switch rooms. 「Very nice boutique hotel located in a quiet area of Montclair. The staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile to be helpful (I have left behind an AirPod - they found it and shipped it to my home). The design makes the place one-of-a-kind. The whole property is clean and well-maintained. I gave it an overall 4 stars because of a few small things that, in my view, the management should address to make the customer experience truly remarkable: the bathroom door in our room (Martha) is in bad...
