「Location is Very close to The Great Mosque Al haram.」

「Great place to stay.. everything here is beautiful.. Two things i had issues with 1. the cleaning staff didn't come to clean my room for the 4 days i was around even though the sign was showing. 2. Going to the UMRAH is easy, buses are available but getting back to the hotel from the UMRAH is via the same buses, OMG is too much work, many a times, i had to catch a Taxi because i am tired. Other than that.. awesome place to stay.. Recommended all the way if you love luxury 」

「Pros: Hotel is spacious, the furniture in good condition, the carpet inside the room is clean. Cons: -The restaurant is below average I tried Iftar and decide not to try Sohor. Do not recommend dinning at the hotel at all even if it’s free. -Not easy to walk to holy mosque you have to take the golf car usually the waiting is 2-5 min and it takes 1-2 min to arrive then you walk down to the mosque. 」

「I stayed with my wife for almost 3 weeks and it was among the best decision. Mainly because of the staff like Parveez (from Bangladesh) was always so cheerful and kind. His smile and welcoming personality definitely helped a lot to feel comfortable. Same goes for Omar and Taheer behind the coffee bar. The would help even if it was inconvenient and we’re always so genuine and warm. We hope to see them again in a few months for a new family booking. Hope also they get the recognition they...

「Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not recorded on their system despite presenting physical evidence. I was in state of Ihram and remained composed to proceed with our Umrah. Upon arrival approximately four hours later, no confirmation of our reservation was received. We contacted Expedia who subsequently sent an email to the manager. We finally arrived at our room around 5:30 pm. Awful experience which ruined it for entire stay at the hotel. Will never be staying here...

「Room condition, I changed twice my room first there was water leak from AC unit the second once was smell of cigarette and the hotel is non smoking. especially i choosed non smoking rooms」
