“No AC, no room service , Very tiny towels in rooms. No sea view !!! spa closes at 7 pm. I reserved spa and went in at 6:15 pm and was refused service. Breakfast starts at 8 am so if ur in Dakhla to work or have early flight you won’t be able to eat. Food is good, restaurant and bar employees are good. Laundry is terrible. ”

“El hotel está bien pero debido a la localización remota el hotel debe ofrecer transporte a quienes quieran ir a la ciudad o un precio simbólico y no hacer negocio con ello, ya que cobran 50 euros para llevarte. Si quieren hacer negocio con transporte que hagan empresa de transportes y no un hotel. Vamos que es una vergüenza. Te quedas encerrado en el hotel o pagas 50 euros. ”

“Globally, we are satisfied - very good price and the comfort. The only point may be the internet is not working all the time but that’s normal in Dakhla, nothing to do with this place. As we were with family and some of us, were old, it was not easy to take all the stairs until the 4th floor. The host was very helpful and available anytime ! That’s very important because no everything can be found on internet ! THANK YOU ”
