「A very comfortable hotel( a bit out of the way- near courts, law offices, other hotels but a distance from Old Albuquerque).
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the close to an hr. wait we had for the hotel airport shuttle to pick us up ( after being told 20-25 mins.). I'd advise checking on that amenity if you plan to stay. Their online comments say it is not always available.」

「This was our second stay and we didn't enjoy it as much as we did 3/4 years ago.
Seriously, $6 waters in the room, which cost them 60 cents? Just don't provide it if that's what you intend to charge people. I had to call the front desk for the internet password as it wasn't provided in the room or at check-in. I'm not sure if they normally try to charge guests for the internet, as it was unclear when trying to connect without the password.
