"Nice and comfortable hotel. Only cons are the room's lightings are a bit too dim and the check-in staff should be more well verse when guest ask about their wifi passwords. They seemed abit blurr and not too happy to when asked. Location very good especially if you intend to use their rail system cos station is just across the hotel about 5 minutes walk or so."

"キングサイズで予約したのに、ダブルベッドにされました。予約画面を印刷した紙を見せたらHotels.comが間違いと言われましたが、部屋の変更どころか返金もないし、詐欺ですね。しかも直接予約したら1泊あたり3000円安くなると言われました。何のための予約サイト？さらに、床は髪の毛など落ちていて不衛生で、ベッドメイキングではシーツは滞在中ずっと取り替えず毎日同じシーツで畳むだけ。4つ星は嘘です。異国でトラブルになりたくないので、それ以上の抗議はせずに泣き寝入り。インターナショナルホテルとは名ばかりで、英語もろくに通じない。チェックインの時にデポジットで一度預けたクレジットカードの不正利用がないか今はそれが一番心配です。大事な事なのでもう一度言います。このホテルは詐欺だと思います。"

"Overall was a pleasant stay. Rooms were big and very comfortable. I especially liked that we were provided with four bottles of water in our room each day! I rated 4/5 stars for staff and service as we had a slight incident of a missing luggage cover. We placed the luggage cover close to the door at the end of the corridor but discovered it missing when we returned back after a day out. Called to check and was informed that the staff did not see anything in the room which to us was a little odd because we did not move it from its spot before we left the room in the morning. We re-purchased another cover so it was fine but thought that it could have been better managed and handled instead of just telling us nothing was seen in the room. Would still recommend staying here though. Marriott has always been a trusted choice of my family and this time it remains the same even with the slight hiccup "
