"The bedrooms are very outdated. They don’t even have end tables next to one side of the bed. Which is very inconvenient. The hot tubs are disgusting. The Jets are so violent. It’s like being in tidal wave. The people at the front desk were super helpful and kind. I would just not stay at this hotel because it is very rundown."

"We were greeted by extremely friendly front desk staff. Our group was there for the Fargo Marathon, and they offered a grab and go breakfast option for those running the race. Nice touch. Unfortunately, they would not give any late checkouts, which was tough for the marathon runners. The beds were super comfortable and I probably had one of the best nights of hotel sleep ever. There was some fairly bad water damage in the bathroom that they tried to patch up. The hotel looked a little tired and beat up, but I would stay there again for the right price."

"The room was very spacious and quiet. The room smelled of smoke which was very disappointing. The pull- out sofa did not function properly. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very accommodating."

"The toilet flush wasn’t working very well. No amenities at this location. We stayed 2 nights for the Fargo marathon, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was great to keep food cold and heat it up quickly. Location was great for our shuttle at Scheels arena!"

"Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order."

"The property and the room I was in was clearly in need of an upgrade. Exterior door had no lock. Let alone e a card key mechanism Beds were comfortable, TV, A/C, fridge and toilet worked fine.Shower was so so. Convenient location to fairgrounds, and I felt safe but it truly was budget accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The Waterpark was mostly shut down. The whole reason we picked that hotel :( Our room was very hot. Thank goodness we were able to get a fan from the front desk. The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was ok. I dont think we'll be back."
