“Great location and very vibey. But suffers from the usual lack of communication between staff as well as lack of visible genuine professional enthusiasm of staff who just seem to be going through the motions and who couldn’t care less about the guest experience. Breakfast is a joke and poorly executed with no quality checks. Nice menu but poor delivery. Also there is a chronic long edit for the lifts because the hotel had about 10 different side functions - speak easy, gym, offices, etc and……

“One of the most beautifully decorated buildings I've ever visited. Everything is made with attention to detail, and the color combinations are so vibrant. Staff was friendly without invading our space. I also liked that they seemed to have interns training while we were there. One small complaint: the shampoo and shower wash in the bathroom are unreasonably high. A child that's old enough to shower alone may have trouble reaching.”

“My husband and I stayed here for our last 2 nights in SA and it was the best place to stay after a long trip. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly & helpful, our room was clean. The only downside was the restaurant downstairs the service was poor. But the hotel was amazing. We’ll definitely will stay here again next time we’re in JHB🇿🇦”

“Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. ”
