“I am trying to get the $100.00 hold on the hotel back. Instead of it being a hold they charged my card the $100.00. I called and was told it would be a week for them to refund what was suppose to be a hold. It is 6 days and so far they have not credited us. We only slept there. There is no reason to charge for damages. No one was around when we left so I just put the keys on the counter at 6 AM. I have never had a hold actually charged before. Now I am fighting to get my hold money back.……

“We've stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Check-in is usually quick and easy. Several places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. Aldi is about a quarter of a mile if you need a few groceries. Queen rooms are adequate, King rooms are quite large. Be aware that rooms on the north side of the building can be noisy from truck trucks idling overnight at the adjacent truck stop. Breakfast here is STELLAR (except for disappointing coffee) and the breakfast attendant keeps……

"I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. The outside of the super 8 is neat, clean and new looking. The inside rooms of Super 8 was very appealing. Not great but a good place for me to take my family for the cost. The value was worth it. I wish to thank you and the manager for your understanding refunding my money to me. "
