“The hotel is great, and all the service staff are very kind. The only regret is that the toilet was not cleaned after entering the room, and it was covered with dirty things left by the previous tenant.”

Concierge Ashley and Mark in the Prestige Club Lounge helped us with return airline bookings, Claire in the dining room was a pure joy. Bill in the Casino saw us playing and inquired if we had a membership card and promptly helped us to acquire one. We love your resort and will definitely be back.”

“The suite is fantastic - good location and overlooks the Bellagio fountains and The Sphere, which is beautiful to see at night. Valet parking was included, which was great. Staff were helpful, friendly and very polite. The only disappointment was the lack of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. We needed to call housekeeping for them, and they only provided plates and bowls - no glasses or coffee cups, and the cutlery was plastic. For the price and quality of the suite we would have expected……
