“I had a great one night stay. Enjoyed the spa (needs a bit of renovation in the showers and expanded space) yet Sarah made the experience A with the massage treatment. I checked into hotel and Jay made the experience so special. She got to know me and remembered my name when I walked by to check out the next day. She made my experience so special! Food was nice in the restaurant and walked to the Palm for dinner. Highly recommend the rooms and views!”

“Like the area. Breakfast is good but you will need to add more variety. Limited menu. My only issue was the pillows smelled very bad. Please have them cleaned. It is not healthy.”

“Riggs hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Service with excellent. The workers were attentive. When I needed distilled water that I could not find at any of the local drugstores, the Bellman went out to buy it for me. Room was cleaned daily. One of the things I like best about the hotel is it is central to all the major sites in Washington DC.”

“The location is great! The hotel is historic and has a beautiful lobby. The only thing is that there is no super market in that area if you want buy some fruit or dairy stuff you’ll need to take a Uber.The restaurant is just fine .”
