「The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. 」

「Amazing stay!! Staff is kind, professional and accommodating! The property itself is stunning and very clean. Will only ever stay here when back in Bolzano!」

「1) Type in 'Alevengo' in the GPS then it will bring you there. 2) The reception area was a panoramic view of the cities and Alps, wonderful view 3) The building of the whole hotel is very modern, baring the name as a boutique hotel. 4) The restaurant, I believe, is the best in the whole province, later we discovered it is recommended by the Michelin guide. 5) The staff are attentive and speak German, Italian, and English. 6) The rooms are .... oh no ... excellent views. 「Easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Five stars means five stars here. The staff are on hand for everything you could ever need and more. Rooms are huge and spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the shuttle service is a huge help. Had the most incredible stay - not a single thing to fault!」

「This was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The 13th century property was renovated with exquisite taste to modern standard. The restaurant, pool, and service were 5-star. The property is like a mini museum with incredible art all around the property. My only regret is to have stayed there only one night. We’ll be back for sure!」
