“The breakfast did not deserve the price 220MAD per person. Also, the waiters speak very limited english. Difficult communication. They can not even distinguish between sunny egg & scramble egg. It is ridiculous for an hotel charge for coffee capsule 25MAD each. We did not ask for more, they did not leave any capsule in the room.”

“Perfectly located close to tram, stores, restaurants and the hotel has a nice rooftop with amazing views. I had a 5 star experience from the service to the nice bathtub and spacious room with a view. They treat you like royalty from the moment you arrive! I highly recommend this hotel. Super good value ”

“Everything is very good just the room is too dark. If it is brighter will be awesome. The internet doesn't work very smoothly, this does have room for improvement. Compare to other hotels in casablanca, I would say better to stay in sofitel”

“The hotel is in great location ,near to hassan 2 mosqueand its walkable. Staff from the entrance. Reception, room service,are the best in all the hotels that I've been in Casablanca. ”

“Excellent hotel choice when visiting Casablanca! Breakfast was excellent! The spa, sublime! I needed to exchange some USD and the manager took care of everything for me, even had my $ delivered to my room. He also was very helpful with arranging our early morning transport to the airport. Hotel Art Palace Suites and Spa was the perfect place to end our tour of Morocco. ”

“Since I booked a double room, they sold my room and offer my 5 persons room, unfortunately the faucet was out of order and towels were really dirty, there have a lot of stains. The sleep area have many mirror on the well surround. The feeling was extremely poor. They changed back the room type I booked but no improvement. How come they got that high standard in Hotels.com website. They classified 5 stars hotel, Strange”
