「The resort itself is very nice, but the water villa section is in a worse area where the watter is very muddy and rocky (some very big and sharp). Better not go in the water for a swim at low tide since you can't even have a one foot visibility. Suggest taking the beach villa instead. At least you can go to swim from your villa. The lagoon villa on the sand bank is way too expensive, 2-3 times higher which is unreasonably high in considering that sand bank isn't too awesome, though the water...

「Everything was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Room service twice a day and our villa was maintained in a very comfy condition throughout our stay. Great food choices. A 6-day stay here was just too short. Definitely try their mocktails - we never had enough!」

「We did Joali for a 15yr anniversary trip. It is a long trip from North America but well worth it! This place is heaven. 「非常推薦!雖然離機場比較遠多一筆水上飛機費用，但海上我跟海灘屋都超美，包三餐跟飲料的服務也很方便，島上也有中文服務，中文服務人員Cathy人很親切，有問題都會幫忙處理，飯店唯一缺失是東南亞服務人員對歐美人士態度比較好，對亞洲人比較差」
