“We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent.”

Below are the issues we experienced: During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication); Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid); All nightstands dusty and dirty; Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest……
