I booked the room a day before because my flight was cancelled due to adverse weather in Hong Kong. When I arrived, staff there sent me a warm welcome and save my luggage even it was not yet time for checking in. When I got back to the hotel for check-in, I told the staff there I planned to go to Osaka by bus. They were kind to my request and arranged a English speaking trainee to help. At last, they reserved a bus ticket for me and I didn't have to walk to the station buying the ticket....

The hostel owner was incredibly welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond by personally helping us carry our luggage to our room. Our room was comfortable. The overall ambiance was pleasant, with good lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained and contributing to our overall comfort during the stay. The breakfast was a true delight. The sandwich was tasty and the coffee was great. We especially appreciated that it was well packed for takeaway, allowing us to enjoy it...
