「This hotel is a solid five stars. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurants was excellent and very tasty. They went above and beyond in anything that you ask of them. The room was perfect and had daily service plus night turn down. The only thing that I would try to make it better is that the shower needs some type of safety handle as the floor is ceramic tile and with the soap becomes a bit slippery. But otherwise this is the perfect hotel for your stay in Panama city. 」

「The staff at this property works like a well oiled machine. It was very refreshing to see a work ethic that we do not have in the United States. Even the manager of the dining room was bussing tables. Very impressed. Staff was outstanding. David was awesome as along with the rest of the front desk, staff was great. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it.」
