"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"

Checking in was as easy as cutting trough butter with a warm knife. I was there during the hurricane but didn't notice anything when it comes to the wind or the rain. Hotel staff was really friendly and willing to help. Shopping mall nearby was easy to acces and had a lot of restaurants. Beds...

"房間的設備較舊，所以空調設備沒有跟房卡連結，容易忘記開空調。房內有點悶，開窗都比開空調舒適，而且床鋪棉絮很多！！！！很讓人過敏！屋內都是黃燈，個人不是很喜歡。房間隔音不錯，還有更衣間，挺貼心的。服務人員的態度也是不錯。"

So curious and not shown on the website!! Also, 3 out of 6 small spa pools were shut down due to problem. The buffet restaurant is only opened for breakfast. There is only one Chinese restaurant and a tea/cafe shop (snack food serving only) are left for lunch and dinner. However, the restaurant is opened until 8:00pm...

"대중교통으로 접근이 어려워 난징 시내에서 택시를 이용했습니다. 이곳에 오는 중국인들은 모두 자가용으로 오더군요. 셔틀버스는 직원에게 사전 예약하면 가까운 지역 이용가능합니다. 직원들이 영어를 못해(오직 중국어만) 불편한 점만 빼고 주변 녹지 속에서 편하게 휴식하기에 좋았습니다."

"Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us. Suite comes with free bfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the club house. Nice view at 40th floor club house Every staff was attention to details! Didnt manage to get the name of a staff serving bfast at 2nd floor. She saw us pouring milk to our coffee and immediately made a cup of hot milk for our coffee! Superb service from check in to bfast to dinner to even then cleaning ladies. Location is good too. Highly recommended hotel!"
