“This is wonderful resort with plenty of activities for children of all ages. Highly recommend the facilities on site and the all inclusive menu is of a good standard. We were let down by the staff as they put us in a room which is opposite Lyttos Mare and our telephone was only connecting to their reception. We always were greeted rudely by their staff and told to call another number, but that did not work. On many occasions we spoke with the staff to rectify this, but it never did get sorted.……

“Das Hotel sieht auf den Fotos deutlich besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Wenn man also mit hohen Erwartungen anreist, wird man wahrscheinlich etwas enttäuscht sein. Das Personal ist in Ordnung, relativ hilfsbereit, und alle sprechen Englisch. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr schlecht – meiner Meinung nach kann man es kaum als Fitnessstudio bezeichnen. Außerdem ist es nur von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Wer also nach dem Abendessen, abends oder früh morgens trainieren möchte, hat leider keine……

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……
