"Just arrived back today 23.10.26’ Hotel overall was good, I didn’t enjoy the food didn’t find it very nice at all, I think this hotel caters for other nationalities German and Russian. Waterpark was good and the main pool. Enjoyed the beach and entertainment was very good. Had good weather 26-28 each day chilly on a night though so take a coat! Overall 7/10 for me, sadly I wouldn’t go back due to food"

"Everything was perfect and for a budget holiday is was better than expected. Be prepared for the labelling of food not to be the best. The spa was great and good value. Remember to use euros instead of lira as they convert it backwards. They'll always offer euro first. The food varieties was perfect. My only thing is cats! They were everywhere on the outside restaurants. One night I saw a cat jump on the table amd the staff didnt do anything. Because I saw this I told the person sitting their to get their table cleaned. Food poisoning isn't just from food it can be from animals. The staff need to be more careful with this. So if you sit down. Ask for fresh cutlery on the outside restaurants. Apart from that the food was excellent in all the restaurants including the buffet. The Starbucks is great for coffee drinkers and if you want a cooler refresher fruit drink. The main bar was open 24hrs and offers the best drinks with top quality alcohol. Evening entertainment was great as.long as the weather didnt cancel it! I would definitely stay here again. Good location near to things and commutable."

"Sayın Yetkili, Otelinizin konumu, genel kalitesi ve fiyat-performans dengesi oldukça başarılı. Ancak iki konuda iyileştirme yapılmasının faydalı olacağını düşünüyorum. 1. Oda hijyeni ve ilaçlama: Rus turist yoğunluğu nedeniyle değil, genel hijyen standartları kapsamında oda ilaçlamalarının daha düzenli yapılmasını öneriyorum. Konaklamam sırasında ayağımda tahta kurusu ısırığını düşündüren izler oluştu. 2. Restoran personelinin hijyen eğitimi: Kazakistan’dan gelen stajyer öğrenciler ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışıyor. Ancak düzenli hijyen eğitimleriyle hizmet kalitesinin artırılabileceğine inanıyorum. Konaklamamızın devamında Mardan Palace’ta da kaldık. Otel genel olarak mükemmeldi; ancak benzer hijyen sorunları orada da dikkatimi çekti. Kahvaltı sırasında bir garsonun elini ağzına ve tırnaklarına götürdüğünü gördüm. Ayrıca bir kedi tarafından elinden ısırılan garsonun, elini peçeteyle sararak servise devam etmeye çalışması ciddi bir hijyen ve iş güvenliği riski oluşturuyordu. Duruma müdahale ederek yetkililere bildirdik. Restoran müdürünüzün konuya duyarlı ve profesyonel yaklaşımını ayrıca takdir ettim. Bu geri bildirimleri bir şikâyetten ziyade, çok beğendiğim otellerinizin hizmet kalitesini daha da yükseltmesine katkı sağlamak amacıyla paylaşıyorum. Saygılarımla"

"Elegant bit aging. The deadbolt lock on our room door didn't work, which resulted in the staff popping in unexpectedly, and the shampoo container fell off the shower wall on the first day of our stay. (The balcony curtain also came partially down, but that was my fault). The food was good, but basically the same thing every day. Wonderful staff. Shopping is close, but not within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and are already bragging about it to our friends."

"Located close to the NEST conference center and within 25 min walking distance. The hotel was big and impressive. Very clean with helpful staff. All inclusive food and drink in the general areas. Very varied selection of food and long hours of service. Lovely swimming pools and the beach too."

"Good location able to walk to the beach although shuttle bus runs regularly if required. Bar and restaurant area at the beach looks tired and limited catering arrangements. Regular bus service to Side and other areas would be useful if this info is available in the hotel . Plenty of seating area around the pool during the day without having to get up early and reserve!! Makes a pleasant change ."
