“I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and……

“Great staff at every station/ area. Impecable rooms. The restaurant is an absolute must. Stayed three times and by far my favourite hotel on Florida. One of my top 5 across the globe. Special note to the staff at breakfast, as i am arriving to sit and my cold brew was brought without even asking. Small gesture that made my morning a great one.”

“The condo we stayed in was a 10 minute walk to the main hotel lobby/bldg. We also had the option of their shuttle but area is delightful & weather perfect so we chose to walk. 1st condo we were checked into was very musty smelling. They quickly accommodated us & moved us to another one. 3 bd 3 bath units are good size with nice balcony’s. I will definitely come back to reunion. My only complaint is that the hotel lobby bar/restaurant should be opened for both day/evening hours given its lovely……
