If you are looking for a safe,, clean place to stay with your family… you may want to keep looking. Our check-in was good other than they said we were “upgraded” to a different home. This home we were placed in was not one I would have chosen if shown pictures and given the choice. This home was a “downgrade “ according to the pictures from the original home we booked. There was a shooting involving multiple cars in front of our house the morning after we arrived. I am unsure how these people got in a resort that requires you to scan a barcode while staying there?? When we inquired with the front desk after informing them of the shooting that took place, as to whether people within that neighborhood live there fulltime, we were told no… there are most certainly people who live in those homes fulltime according to the owners we spoke with. Not sure why we would be lied to?? It has been a week at this point that I requested to have a manager contact me, and have yet to still have them contact me. As for cleanliness, the beds and bathrooms were up to satisfaction. However the kitchen, dining room, and living room needed attention. Kitchen has a mess splattered in the corner, dining room chair ( pasta sauce? ), and the couch needs to be shampooed. If you want your hot tub to be hot, it is an extra $60.00 U. S./ day for the heater to be turned on. We were unaware of this, as we did not see anything on Expedia stating this resort upcharge .

3 stars is us being gracious. Our check-in was delayed due to a security threat (a vehicle drive through the gates). The next day there was a drive by shooting and our property was in the middle of a crime scene. I gave ample time for the property manager and security to respond to my safety concerns which were left unaddressed. The cleanliness of the property needs work. The carpet is splitting from the thresholds and caused my toddler to step on a tack strip. The outdoor poor chairs were ripped. Outdoor furniture not maintained causing safety concerns with the failing wood. If you’re bringing an infant you will not want them on the main level rug due to its filth. The water from the faucets, shower had a “sulfur/egg” odor the entire stay. The pool was cold, $60 per day to heat with a 2 day minimum. I would not recommend this property until repairs are made, safety precautions are implemented, and cleanliness is maintained. Very disappointing.

Where do I start weeks before our trip we requested for six bedroom home on the east side. It was told that we got the request then the day before check-in we requested for a heated pool because the weather change for the week and we noticed it was gonna be cold in the pool need to be warm for the kids to get in on the day of check-in. The pool was not warm. It has the heating pool was not even turned on master bedroom and bedroom downstairs sheets had blood stains on it in the kitchen utensils was used and not washed. had grease in it. We waited hours and hours for someone to come and turn the heat on for the pool. Check-in was at 4 o’clock. The heat didn’t get turned on for the pool until 830 power went out in the front living room couldn’t find the remote for the front living room. The DIRECTV wasn’t working maintenance had to come and fix that for us that was at nine almost close to 10 o’clock. Our half a day was gone being upset, very disappointed and calling customer service in the front and speaking to a manager about things that wasn’t right that we have booked and things that wasn’t what we expected so our stay the next day was much better a little bit better the pool did get warm and the waterpark was a nice area to go to but everything else went smoothie for us. We was told that we got a six bedroom even though I booked the five bedroom, but they had no more homes with six bedrooms on the east side so we was put on the west side and we was not to

The stay was amazing. The place was clean and kept accordingly. The only complaint was the shuttle return from the theme park took 2 hours to return(travel time). Otherwise we have no other complaints.

Water park was amazing and an excellent time for our kids on our “down days”. Even as adults we had fun on the big water slides, the massive pool, and playing in the splash pad with our kids. The house was magnificent and way bigger than expected. So nice to have your own private pool in the backyard. The shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice bonus. The shuttles are a third party service and at times was unpredictable (time wise) but overall saving $140 US by not having to park at the parks was a plus. The only complaint I have is that the continental breakfast is the same everyday (scrambled eggs, sausage, and some pastries). After 9 days, the same breakfast was a bit hard to stomach so we ended up purchasing our own breakfast items from the grocery store and eating in our house instead. Overall was an amazing experience and I will be recommending this property to anyone I know travelling to Kissimmee.

We had an amazing time and loved Encore at Reunion! From initial check in to check out the service was 5 ⭐️! The house we stayed in was very well maintained and had great amenities. We made use of the pool, in the back yard, every day to relax from all the walking we did at Magic Kingdom etc. We also mad use of the onsite basketball court to get in some additional exercise. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Overall we had a great stay! Our first house did not meet our expectations for upkeep (which we found out was due that owner, not housekeeping). However, the staff was incredibly helpful & moved us to a much better house right away & loved it! Here are some pros & cons for consideration: Pros: the waterpark was so much fun, the private pool at the house was a huge bonus, & we loved all the amenities (free breakfast, free theme park shuttles, & staff friendliness). A huge shoutout to Danny who was extra helpful in getting us what we needed, and going above and beyond! Cons: 3 of the main reasons we booked had some set backs. First, you have to PAY EXTRA to heat your pool and hot tub. $60 per day with a 2-day minimum. We were not aware of this. Second is the breakfast. We are happy it’s free, however it is extremely small. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pastries, bread for toast, juice, & coffee. That’s it. Slightly disappointing. Third, is the theme park shuttles. It is through a 3rd party & very limited for times. For example, if you want to rope-drop at Magic Kingdom, you would be very late as the earliest shuttle picks up at 9:20am. We ended up paying for an Uber to get to the park earlier. Then for Universal Studios, the shuttle picks you up at 7:15pm only, so were unable to stay for the parade at 7:00PM because we had to get to the shuttle on time. If the shuttle times were better, the breakfast bigger, & the house pool heat included, it would be 5 stars all day!

Everything was amazing, except for there no kitchen knives in the house and very minimal provisions for cooking, including no strainer, no blender, etc. Similarly although the beds were made up beautifully, there was no additional bedding, etc. This worked ok for our short day but cooking with butter knives made it a bit difficult. Otherwise the property is well maintained and a great value. I booked through Expedia and it was not made clear that the hot tub wouldn’t be warm and would cost an additional fee/take time to heat up after our arrival. That was another disappointment. Besides those things, I have absolutely no complaints.

The house was good, if only we didn't wake up sweating buckets each night in the middle of the night due to the temperature set at 78! Who wants to sleep warm, I have no idea, but surely not my family, seeing as we are from Canada! We like to sleep in the cold under our blankets, thank you very much! I am giving this a 3-star only mainly because the customer service was horrible. The house phone was of no use when I try to call concierge. Had to use my roaming! And we have not met one staff at the front desk and restaurant that was pleasant and friendly. When we checked in, the lady couldn't wait to get rid of us and be done with our questions! Oh, the shuttle driver was nice (the only resort staff that was!) Surely, the resort can do better? Also, why did they have to schedule cleaning the pool when we were already checked in and was actually enjoying the pool?! The one day that we had an off-day from the parks and to just actually relax at the house, they had to send someone to clean the pool! Awesome - NOT! The house was okay, but had we known that it was located on the other side of the road, outside the main resort, we wouldve picked the same house from the West area. Would I book again at this place? Not a chance.
