2) Room too cold but Air conditioner control panel did not work and cannot turn off,
3) the room booking showed breakfast included in the room rate but denied by hotel"

"垃圾的服務，極差的預訂經驗，選擇的係到店付款，在酒店付款後，後來發現信用卡同時被扣了相同款項，追討後，退回的費用比住房費(信用卡扣取費用)少，打回HOTEL.COM,當時客服十分悔氣，話冇辦法，可以唔再選擇HOTEL.COM, 亦可以投訴，甚至 去消委會告佢。"
