"This B&B is in such a perfect location! Easily walkable to all the things we wanted to do. Staff was immediately attentive and there for your every need. Rooms were wel appointed but a bit on the small side. Living room and front porch were wonderful places to relax and take in the sights or just chill on the porch swing. Breakfast choices were all delicious and graciously served. Only drawback was parking was pretty pricey for the small lot. Definitely reccommend!"

"Our family included ages 18-81! The stairs for bedrooms were a little challenging for the 80 year old, but we knew that going in. We rented an electric scooter for traveling back and forth to USNA. All the different areas for our group of 9 (8 after sending out new midshipman off) were great for accommodating all our different needs."
"Three adults stayed three nights. Property was very clean and has an ideal location. Annapolis is a great walkable town. We used the parking garage around the corner from the property for added convenience and only used our vehicle to visit the DC and surrounding area. The Naval Academy is a few blocks away and worth the visit. The harbor is an easy walk for restaurants and Bay area sightseeing cruise. Too many restaurants to mention. We highly recommend and would book again."
