“Breakfast was delivered to our room, jetted tub was there which we expected as we were walking a lot. However, the appearance of this building was not pleasant. The reception had a tiny window (10 by 10 cm) and looked like the receptionist was hiding something or scared of something. There were two huge iron gates on both sides of the building which she opened just for us to get in and closed right after. This building reminds us of a prison.

We had issues with luggage on our incoming flight, one of their guys called the number fir Iberia Airlines on his phone so I wouldn't have to do an international call. The other jewel of the staff was Mauncy (sp?). She singlehandedly did all the cooking and rtending to tables in the restaurant. It was like all the……

“Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Hotel was a bit out of town and off of a main road, so hard to get to with no vehicle. Pictures online also not what property looks like.”

“Overall a good stay. The room was well maintained and the staff worked hard and were attentive. The hotel is dated but actually in a great location for walking to the city and has parking (although extra $). Basic room. Not bad views.”
