“The owners are great. The property is not. The place is cold for winter, the thermostat is locked, but if you call the owners they will adjust it up some. The place has a smell. It is like a wet dog or mold. The bed is hard, the pillows are flat, and the sheets are thin. It is a multi- stay unit home, if you book a room, there may be another 4 (or more) guests staying there with you sharing the common room. For winter, all the potted plant were brought inside. “Stunning property. Very old Casa with recent modern renovations. Unbelievable host who made us an amazing dinner and breakfast. We are hiking the Camino de Santiago and it was our first very, very hot day. The cerveza's were super cold. The galician octopus served at dinner was so yummy. My husband told the host that he "couldn't have dreamed of a better meal." So thankful that we booked here!”

“This hotel is so unique. It’s a place to stay if you are interested in Spanish history and would like to stay somewhere that honors the past. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the pazo’s history both of the family that owned it and general history of the area. There are quite alot of cats and a few dogs around so it may not be the place for you if you aren’t keen on animals.”
