The host Olga, was so great about answering all our questions even before our stay started. We had a slight hiccup with the washing machine, so Olga was kind enough to send our laundry to an outside vendor and have it ready for us the same day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ourence or any neighboring city. Thanks...

"It was difficult getting hold of host re access, had to leave and come back. Apartment very outdated.Amenities noted washing machine but it’s actually the laundromat downstairs outside. No air con so extremely stuffy unable to open windows due to street noise. Has one long pillow on bed impossible to share and very uncomfortable. "
