The setting is out of a storybook, with a picturesque landscape, cabins and shops including antiques, pottery, home decor, a cafe, a florist, a bakery and a restaurant, all within a very short walk. There is a community arbor, a park (great for wedding venues), old mining trails, and a donkey right next store! Step back in time and enjoy the original gold mining town of Gold Hill, NC!

Weekend Stay in Gold Hill
We opted to stay at this location for a wedding that we had nearby. Check in was smooth and the property was extremely clean with the hosts being gracious and nice. Will 100% stay here for a weekend getaway again!

The apartment is the perfect place to stay in quaint Gold Hill. Dana was an excellent host. I appreciated the bottled water and the coffee for the Keurig machine. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We absolutely LOVED staying here!
This was an amazing stay! Everything was clean. The air worked perfectly, shower was perfect, bed was perfect! This place lived up to our expectations and more! 2nd time to stay in this cute rental. It’s in the heart of Gold Hill which is a darling town and all the local folks are so friendly. There is a nearby hiking trail we enjoy. I would highly recommend!
