“AC wasnt needed but the heat worked great The staff was outstanding ,very attentive and on top of your every need In Syracuse NY area there is lots of snow and the nice thing was they plowed and shoveled so it wasn't an issue for traveling people .They made me feel like family when I got the knock on the door asking guest to move cars so the plow guy could do a great job anything you need can be brought to your door in no time ..it's that centrally located to everything.. “Stayed at this newer hotel twice over Christmas. Both times we had huge snowstorms. The check in was fast and friendly. The hotel is spotless and our room was no exception. The staff kept access open with constant snow clearing. Very enjoyable stay. ”

“I booked this hotel because my medical facility that I came for recommended them. I just want to say every employee that we had an encounter with from the shuttle, front desk, housekeeping and the bar staff were all amazing! We had to extend our trip but the transition to extend our trip was super easy thanks to the manager of the hotel! The hotel is clean, everyone is so helpful and the hotel ground is well kept! “Check in was confusing with kiosk in entry way (under blasting hot air). I went through prompts but had to go to front desk anyways. Quiet hotel. Very clean & up to date. ”

“The water in the Hot tub looked cloudy but was ok. The water temp. was just right. The pool water temp also was just right. There was a little dirt around the pool and hot tub, hard to see against the dark floor but at eye level ,you could see the floor as dirty. I even noticed two used bandaids( also hard to see as they were clear in color. Sadly , I must report seeing one cockroach in my bathroom . ”
