"The hotel was marketed as a 5-star property, but it didn’t quite live up to that standard. The restaurants and buffet were pretty underwhelming, and the hotel overall felt a bit dated. The pool area was decent, but the staff there were noticeably rude, which hurt the experience. That said, there were some positives. The front desk staff were friendly, the housekeeping team did a great job, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The room itself was well laid out and comfortable, and the bed was great for our 8-night stay. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel, but it doesn’t feel like a true 5-star experience."

"Kitchen was not ready or preparedd. Two pots that were very dirty, from previous oil and grease, linen in room not properly washed. Waste of money and ruined my family vacation. I wouldn't recommend this properly to anyone for vacation "

"The host was very responsive. Made the reservation, arrival and departure very easy.The property- what you see is what you get. It was exactly what was represented in all respects. We stayed 7 days and could easily have stayed 7 more."

"This was a great location for us. Very nice apartment. Kitchen had plenty for us to cook with. Very clean and extremely comfortable furniture. Juan was very responsive to our needs. Loved the rooftop pool. We would definitely stay here again."
