About this property

House with an outbuilding, 200 meters from the thermal baths, for 6 people

  • IMPORTANT: I would like to clarify that the person who takes care of the handover of the keys and the maintenance of the house and swimming pool has been replaced due to 2 successive complaints from dissatisfied customers, to date a serious person takes care of it. The house with its outbuilding approx. 105 m² on a plot of 600 m² with private pool and large covered terrace, 50 kilometres from Alicante airport and 25 from Murcia.
    The main house is air-conditioned, has a fireplace, wifi and French channels with IPTV.
    Quiet house near the Fortuna thermal baths about 300 metres.
    The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen with everything you need to avoid going back and forth in the house.
    Upon arrival there will be an obligation to give a deposit of 300,- which will be given to you on departure if everything is in order to Edwige the person who will give you the keys and who takes care of the cleaning.

Ideal Place for a Relaxing Stay

The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly as it kept us lovely and cool.It’s a few miles from the nearest supermarket so you need to bear that in mind. We have two small dogs and there are lots of dogs in the locality so it could be a bit of a bark fest at times whenever one started the others off. The indoor kitchen is a little cluttered so available space was at a premium and the bed was very creaky too. Very comfortable but noisy when we turned over!All in all, we had a great stay. Perfect place to unwind and relax.

Beware of demands for extra money. Owner says electricity, gas and wifi are additional charges to be paid in cash. The listing should be changed if he wants to exclude these items.Master bedroom is in the converted garage and was very hot, with a window that has no shutter and has sun all day.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.L'hôte est très à l'écoute, de plus une personne sur place s'occupe de vous remettre les clés de de vous faire visiter la maison.
