"The hotel is quite dated for the price. I had one of the cleaning staff be extremely rude to me and he was very unprofessional. He attended my room, I asked him to come back in 5 minutes as we were just getting our things together to leave the room. His response was, “if it doesn’t get done now, it doesn’t get done at all”, and walked off. I had to call him back as we needed fresh towels etc, he came back, rushed around the room, rinsed a dirty glass in the sink and wiped it with a cloth and put it back.
I reported this to a member of staff at check out, I was told that member of staff knew the cleaner I was talking about from my description of him. That member of staff asked if I would like it reported, which I said yes please, I was told that a manager would get back to me. I have never heard from anyone about my complaint, or any action taken with the cleaner."
