「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」

The staff on reception and in the restaurant were exceptional, we never really had any intervention with the other staff as we were a fly by night visit. 「Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. 「An excellent value for money caravan. It was our first family stay in a caravan site - and it did not disappoint. The caravan was well appointed with most things you'll need for cooking and living including free wifi and freeview tv. We needed to buy soap, and glad we'd bought beach towels as only hand towels were provided. Quality cooking equipment made cooking meals easy.
