“We have been coming to this area once or twice a year for 23 years. My son and his family, live in the area. We are from the United States. We prefer the self catering rather than the bed and breakfast type places because we are jet lagged and tend to sleep in. We also don’t eat a large breakfast. So this type of stay allows us to not bother our family and we have all the comforts of home. It also serves as a home base so we can have day trips and have a place to come back to and rest. “Quaint More than adequate for two people. Would have given a higher score but i thought with a B&Q i was disappointed that there was no private garden. Floor mats and carpets were a bit shabby but everything else was lovely and the central heating and the most comfortable of beds made it very cosy stay Thank You”

“My wife and I absolutely loved spending the day reading and relaxing by the wood stove looking out over the fields, watching sunrises together. The check in process was easy, and everything was clean and extremely well maintained. The bed was fantastic to sleep on. We loved it so much we booked an extra night! It's a short drive to St. Andrews and a number of farm shops and other small towns. Well worth the stay!”
