“My daughter’s birthday fell on January 10th while we were still at the hotel. The staff had a surprise deco and birthday cake for her… big enough for three of us, mom and dad included, to share. A very special moment!”

“Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.”
